Proceeds from the Harvest Festival helped send our 5th graders to science camp at Camp Ocean Pines!

The PTA supported our school by maintaining the staff lounge, replacing outdated and broken playground equipment, and installing a new FloWater refilling station at the start of the 2024–25 school year. This year, the inclusive furniture was made possible thanks to funds raised during the Mustang Ball paddle raise.

Every supply a student at SMES needs throughout the year is covered through PTA-funded teacher allocations. Each teacher receives funds for classroom supplies, and we also allocate funds for office supplies, art supplies, the yearbook, and administrative expenses.

Additionally, we have an artist-in-residence and provide after-school tutoring. We've also allocated funds for a Language Club, so if you know someone interested in joining, please let us know!
